My family finished the last of your receipe this morning at breakfast. No complaints on this end from my most stringent food critic (my 16 year old daughter) who ate her fair share.

I am delighted they were enjoyed by your family. We really like them too.
They are also nice as burgers / rissoles and nice in the large hog casings for B-B-Q.
