Was planning on making Stilton, but I added some white culture by mistake to my culture, but I though of some posts as to the blue cheese becoming runny so I thought this may be a good thing to try. Always want to try something new :)
Its in the mold now, website updated with the pics from yesterday and this mornings process :)
