Postby Iamarealbigdog » Wed Jul 09, 2008 2:26 am

I am thrilled to announce the Black Pig BBQ Team entered the Canadian Open Championship and took

1st place for Sauce
1st place for " Anything Butt" open grill
2 place for Pork Shoulder

This was our first solo competition for the team and we certainlly made an impression, there is a new kid on the block.

Well done. We are all so close here it's like one of your family winning something, it is a shared feeling of pride.

Are you going to share the winning recipes???? :P

pictures and recipies are coming soon....

We are holding back some of the sauce recipies for future marketing potential. I would lovew to share them with you all but as soon as you post on the net you give up control, even a simple mistake can cost so much.

I will share what ever we can... Stay tuned...
