Looks very good, miampf... :D

Now you can try to roast some sunflower seeds and some sesame seeds and add them to your flour. Pumpkin seeds are nice too. Or simply a mixture of all of them :P That gives a lovely nutty flavour. But let them cool down first and add them to the flour, not the finished dough.
