My dad has just bought a sausage making machine and has the book 'The Sausage Book' by Paul Peacock (ISBN; 1904871178).

But he would like a book with recipies for salami, pepperoni and chorizo for christmas. I've searched amazon and nothing seems to be what he wants.

Can anyone recomend any books? (please!)
