I am hoping you will share your favorite sausage recipe for Christmas gift giving and your family's enjoyment. My funds are limited this year and I thought I would make gift baskets with some home smoked salmon, High Bush Cranberry sause and special sausages for my friends and relatives.
What out-of-the-ordinary sausage do you make up for Christmas?
Curing sausage may be a problem for me due to the Chinook/Freeze alternating temperatures common in this part of Alaska.
