Yes, I have. I ended up with a somewhat mushy end result. However, the taste was not what I expected. Mango Chutney to me is supposed to be sweet sour. There was neither present. A few chunks of fruit and some spices could be identified. They were not bad, actually they were very nice, just not what I expected. I could have given them to someone unaware of having mange chutney in them and they would not have noticed.
I am going to try to use some Dorset Ale Chutney. I usually have it on cheese, but it is time to give the sausages a go
