Happy new year every one,
Has any one on here had any success in making a traditional hot dog frankfurter?
Does it have to be made with beef?

I think it's based on a Charles Reavis recipe.

I've made these from Len Poli:

They're a good starting point but the seasoning needs work, But I would add beef next time.
