Am looking for an authentic Kabanos recipe. Any one out there have any ideas

There's also a link at the bottom of the home page to his Polish site - it's in Polish so I can't understand but I've been told there are more recipes on it - if you know a Polish speaker that is?

These are the ingredients for a kabanos.
I have been making a sausage with these ingredients turns out i was inadvertently making a kabanos.
