Hi aris, long time lurker here. If the shipping isn't too costly you can find it here.

Hope this helps.

La Chinata. I've got some of their smoked paprika, both the hot and the sweet ones and it's very good.
I got mine from our local Sainsburys in their "specialty foods" section.
They sell it in little red tins.
I assume yours will be available in larger quantities Franco? If so I'd be very interested as I get through a fair bit of the stuff.

I am ordering the small tins and also 25kg sacks, you are probably aware that the spice section of the website only goes upto the letter C at the moment, now I've got the relaunch of www.georgemaxwell.com out of the way I am going to spend more time updating sausagemaking.

Good news Franco, I love using this stuff.
Like Spuddy mine came from Sainsbury's.
If it's the La Chinata stuff you're taliking about getting, isn't this Spanish not Hungarian? Not of any importance to me which it is but Aris was talking Hungarian.

As long as it is good - i'm not too concerned on the source :-)

Just out of curiosity - how much does the tin from Sainsburys cost?

Around 2.30 for 70g net weight (that's what it says on the tin) I think. If you want to be certain have a look on the website.

Julian Graves stores also sell both Hungarian and Spanish paprika, can't remember the prices though.
