Found this on the web...I stand corrected if this is what the original poster was looking for. However, this is NOT the recipe for Irish corned beef or salt beef as we would never add the spices in this blend but there you go.

Interesting John.
Very fuzzy bits don't matter but for completeness say:
Beef:coarse ground if possible
Soy:binder-soy protein
Tenderquick:cure
water: to help out spices and cure
paprika: optional for colour only
chilli: not the same as chilli powder

Curing is not an exact science... So it's not a sin to bin.
