I am looking for a frame of reference. I have tried a number of linguicas;
Furtado, Silva, Moniz, Gaspars, Geuvena, Fragaso, Amaral, Lopes, Palacios, Neto. I grew up on Santos from San Leandro, until the tragedy.
There may be recipes better than Santos. Maybe I can't esape the spice palate I was raised on. My question can anyone who had Santos recomend a linguica that is like it. Thank you.
