This got 147 sausage recipes. And a lot of other stuff as well. Just look at it for a while. The sausages is under Recipes by type of dish: Meat: Sausages.

Also all kinds of venison, fish, ethnic, Klingon, you name it. Texan Snake cakes, anybody?
