Montreal Chicken Seasoning
Anyone have a recipe for this one or an explanation of taste or even a substitute product.
Seems its made by McComicks and is a grilling spice rub with garlic and dried red peppers. Any help appreciated.
Thanks Graham

A Quick Google found this yahoo answer.

It would need some tinkering to compare with this rather vague list of contents.

I'd be interested how it turns out.

Good luck.

Montreal Chicken Seasoning recipe

Thanks bidrick
I should have mentioned that I had found the same as U, ingredients but lack any proportions for the mix.
Was hoping to be able to gauge the flavour profile from a user that could tell me if for instance the garlic, chilli or what ever hold the front seats.
Will try some mixes and see where I end up. Thanks for the reply tho.
