semi frozen venison and pork chunks for the grinder

first grind

added spices

hand mixed then second grind

Image

mixed again and stuffed into hog casings

Image

all linked. Now into the fridge overnight to set the links and meld the spices. They will go in the smoker tomorrow. :sausage:
