They look brilliant. I did make some this year but the yeast was inactive so they were like little bullets. So instead I did that Jamie oliver/ Sainsbury's advert recipe: spread marmalade on each halved bun, then arrange in a gratin dish, mix up some eggs, cream, milk and sugar then bake. Hot cross bun pudding - delicious.
