Hi I'm new to this site and new to my interest in sausage making. I've been looking for a recipe for spulumbo online. I was wondering if anyone out there could help me. Thanks

Spulumbo is the speciality of ONE particular restaurant (co-incidentally called Spulumbo's Restaurant) located in Alberta, Canada.
I don't think they're going to let that recipe out.

Welcome to the forum anyway, I'm sure we can help in other ways :)

A friend of mine had the sausage at a spulumbo's restaurant and he was wondering if I could make it for him. That answers my question straight and to the point. Oh well it was worth a try. thanks
