help, I need a pork and stilton sausage recipe

I want to make a pork and stilton (well, a blue cheese) sausage tomorrow but am unable to find a receipe, can anyone help ?

Hi Kaz, welcome to the forum.
In the absence of a recipe myself I would suggest that you could take a basic pork recipe or better still a pork and leek and add something like 5% of the total weight of stilton, maybe a dash or two of port if you fancy and take it from there increasing the amount of cheese until you reach the flavour level you like.
Don't be afraid to experiment, you may surprise yourself. You may find that your own recipe is better than one you find elsewhere as it can be to your own taste.
Always write down what you have done so you can replicate it if it is a success.
