Is the cold weather effecting other cheese makers.

Look what happened to my blue stilton. It was getting on fine (4 weeks) until last night when my utility room went well below freezing. I’m going to eat it anyway.

funny you should say that, my latest cheese has a hard rind around the sides but the top feels like a water bed, and I'm keeping it in cooler conditions than usual this time...
