Tea Lights

Tea Lights

Postby Batman » Wed Feb 24, 2010 5:57 pm

Just found out that the latest batch of tea lights (why do they call them that?) are slightly deeper and won't easily go in the CSG, anyone else having the same problem?

Yes, but I got some normal ones from the Co-op. The deeper ones I had also hadn't got a metal foil tray.

I think because they were originally made to keep tea pots warm...

Just using a pot is posh enough for me I'm afraid!

I'm more of a chipped enamel mug and stirred with a screwdriver kinda guy.

Screwdriver, how very decadent! I have been known to go in with which ever finger looked cleanest when I was working in a truck garage as a younger man, bad enough on your own cup, always felt bad making a brew for all the guys! No spoons, plenty of tools but nothing clean enough.
