Up until recently, there was an amazing German sausage shop in Grand Central Station in New York. Koglins. I didn't buy frequently enough, until I heard that they were shutting down. (The owner didn't want to make necessary renovations to the stand and moved to the Philippines.) They had great sales and bought lots of different types of sausages.
Now I'm kind of missing it. I've searched Amazon for a book on German sausage making, but didn't find anything. Anyone have any suggestions? Or recipes for various forms of German sausages?
