Perfect loaf?

Tonight on BBC 4, 'In search of the perfect loaf'. Looks as though it could be interesting. I shall have to wait though to watch it on iplayer, as we decided to be 'TV free' a while back and gave our set away.

Cheers

Thanks Jen, I have already been on that quest. I will be interested to see how someone else handles it. :)

I won't be able to watch it either ... but I believe I have the perfect loaf ... it works for my house every other day and it still brings a smile to my face, just bread and butter or some nice olive oil.

Cheers
