German sausage recipe -- Anyone know of the Uniontown WA ann

Any help in locating a recipe for this type of German sausage would be appreciated. It is hard to describe:

1. it is not brautwurst and not knockwurst.
2.It is a hearty sausage made locally in SE Washington State by German descendants -- and served annually at the Uniontown (WA state) Sausage feed as a fundraiser
