Cheezy Moink balls

I have a batch in my smoker now. Q view and recipe later :D

they are done

wraped in bacon a few with venison bacon

very tasty

the recipe

Moink Balls

1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. pork sausage meat
1 cup fine bread crumbs
½ cup salad dressing
1 egg
Bacon


Mix all ingredients well , form into balls then wrap in bacon.
Smoke @ 250 for 2-3 hrs, until bacon is done.
Variation put a chunk of cheese inside the meat ball.

Wow I was gonna make a fattie today, but now maybe I'll just make a mini fattie ( from here on to be referred to as a chubby ? ) and save some to make balls out of.
