I agree, Brie is good, also cheddar (strong).
I prefer trout hot smoked, but that's just a personal thing.
White Stilton's a great cheese but sometimes hard to get it it's plain form. It's often dearer than the blue around here because they now add all these different bits to it. Personally, I'm not too keen on it with the added flavourings - but each to their own.
Smoked eggs are fun - they're a "luv 'em or hate 'em thing though".
Real smoked bacon is the business, try it using the recipe for bacon that Jonty posted on your forum. Now I wonder where he got that from?
