can any one tell me where i can get an icing bag nozzle to fill donuts.. looks like a normal nozzle but with a longish needle like point???
was on saturday kitchen a couple weeks ago?? seem to have looked everywhere?? :?

Choiceful.com has a syringe icing set for £2.70 with a doughnut nozzle.

Just the thought of a filled donut, make me crave some sweetness. I hope you'll at least post some pictures if you make them...

Woohoo nozzle just arrived last night..

Donuts on the menu for saturday!! 8)

Will post the recipie I am going to try and hopefully let you know how they turned out.. :?

finally got round to making them!! the only problem with the recipie was me being too keen to have a donut!!!

I had the oil to hot so the outside was almost burnt to a crisp and i also made them larger than recomended in the recipie and did not ament the cooking time etc!!

Will post the recipie later!! will be trying sooner rather than later tho!! easier than I thought (other than being patient)

Tried filling them with carnation dulche de leche

mmmm dognuts :lol: me dont bother anymore with jam , i dust caster sugar,mixed spice and cinnimon, they dont last more than a minute so the chances of me getting jam into them is slight :lol: :lol: all i see is the wife with a big ring of sugar around her mouth and a big belly bulging :P

Not as yet this has been a hectic time for us with no real free time. but back into the queter time now son I am hoping to have another batch in the next few weeks with the lessons learned from the first outing..but will get the recipie on and an update to if they were any good..
