Wheels Soft Bread rolls

Postby steelchef » Mon Nov 15, 2010 4:27 am

Due to illness, I find it impossible to manually knead dough. I've tried many bread machine and other recipes without poositive results.
Thank you for sharing this recipe. It is the first success I've had in breadmaking, using only the dough hook. My better half has very particular tastes and bread must be at the top. She loved these rolls, served with an Etoufee and corn salad.
I am going to try to adapt this recipe to a loaf. If you have any tips or suggestions, they would be very welcome.
