I like your pit. Pray tell me what possages are? Are they what I think they are? Possum sausage

Yes. They are possum sausages. I used the intestine as the casing. I smoked them in the Manuka for a whyle then in the leaves of my special pot-plant herb (posted on the grow your own page under my little garden). The flavour went through the meat really well. Then we smoked the unopened flowers, if you know what I mean. :lol: today I smoked some of my captain cook pig in my other smoker made from tin. I will post some pictures in the smoking and barbaquing section later today. 8)
