The seasons first crop is in.

One or two people who know me no that my business is at the present a one man operation. That being said I have always classed this time of year as my 'silly season'.

It is well known in the trade that we have enough on our plates trying to cover just the basics let alone try new endeavours. Such is the life of a poor Lancashire lad who dose not know his head from a hole in the ground.

Over the past month and half I have been producing at a rate of 50+ kg a week of air dried (Spanish) chorizo as well as Hungarian farmers sausage.

As said; this is the silly season and with that in mind I have been prodded to my next endeavour rather early

First batch 400Kg

as I do tell them in this City, it takes a good English man to make a good haggis.

WOW! :D All the Scots in your area should come by and sernade you with bagpipes for making them that much Haggis.
Fashionably late will be stylishly hungry.
