Garlic and sun dried tomato sausages?

Hi guys its been a while, can anybody point me in the right direction or maybe give me a thread to a reciepe for garlic and sun dried tomato sausages?

Here is a Len Poli recipe for Chicken and sun dried tomato. I made these sausages a month or so ago with turkey. They were pretty good but a little dry. Maybe from lack of fat? I also added extra tomato paste for flavor. Perhaps pork would solve the dryness problem.
