Just took my apron off after my mornings bake
2 Melton Mowbray Mark 11s and 2 Ham & Egg Tarts
My Melton Mowbrays are not the genuine formula I use 2/3rds Pork and 1/3rd chicken.
Hot water pastry formed over the greased and floured jars and a band of greaseproof tied around for the first hours bake.

I will be having a slice with my bottle of Newcastle Brown tonight while I watch the Toon put Stevenages bait up in the cup.
