Wheels' Calc

Beginners FAQ on sausage making, meat curing etc may often be found at the head of each relevant section, but here is the place to ask experienced users for advice if you are still stuck or need more information...we're here to help!

I think it's great that we can talk politics to some degree here as we are a world wide group, but as said this is no place to do so. Enough said on that topic.
Phils calculators are a great help to me and I can't thank him enough for posting them and for his excellent blog

Thanks for your comments Christ2000.

Now, onto more important things....do you have any Cuban recipes...for anything, any type of food, I would love to try them as I have never eaten Cuban food.

Thanks

Anything at all, Christ2000, as I have never tried any Cuban food, so I do not know what to ask for....what is the national dish, maybe we could start with that.

I just saw this website, are these dishes any good, and are they worth trying

Thank you in advance

Coincidentally Jenn has posted a Cuban recipe here:

http://forum.sausagemaking.org/viewtopic.php?t=7595

perhaps we could move over to that one for Cuban recipies?...

Seems like an interesting discussion.

...But Phil's link is dead. Is the calculator up somewhere else?

I've changed my blog software so some of the links won't work, but all the calculators are still there. If you go to this page (link) you should find what you want.

Regrettably, I can't remember what the original link was to - so I can't give you the new link directly to that page.
