Sh1t - I did some cure calculators, I adapted it to cover UK and US cures, and now everyone's moving the goal posts. These people 'going off' at a tangent does not help the cause of safe curing of meat at all.

I think it is self made, and the seller told me that:


"I think" is never a good place to start with curing salts!

The Cure #1 and #2 from Redback Trading in Melbourne is fully imported from the USA so I am told.
