Twiglets - recipe hunting ........

OK - I have been searching for a long time - but home made Twiglets have got be be better than what is now being produced.

I used to love the things, but like all commercial foods, changes to the recipe have taken away majority of the taste - so the question is, has anyone managed to reproduce something resembling a Twiglet in their own kitchen???

I've not tried them myself, but I know people who have made their own by coating small grissini with marmite and parmesan and then baking them for about 10 minutes in a low oven.

Might try it soon myself.....
