chunky kielbasa

i made a batch of chunky kielbasa today. it's the same as my regular kielbasa except i cut some lean meat into chunks and mixed them with the ground meat then stuffed my cases. it turned out great.

Real nice job. Do you perfer these to your regular ones or are they just something different? :D

I just tried something different, I really like it, next time i will leave out the paprika then the meat chunks will be the same colour as the ground part. the taste was good and I do like the chunks.

I really like the different colored chunks Big Guy, It adds some interest to the slices to me....I'll be adding this recipe to the list , but the list is getting really long.
