I've got some free samples that I was sent recently by a new supplier, would you like them?

Those samples were spot on - many thanks. If you do decide to stock them let me know!
Is that the largest that they do?
cheers

Hi, I am looking for large collagen casing as well - for bresaola. I know that ox bungs are the best but I would like to try collagen casings, around 100-120mm would be best I think. Any idea if they are available now?

It's worth checking with the shop, but on the website they only show size 2's and 4's.
scobiesdirect.com sell size 10 fibrous casings, but they come in packs of 100.
