Hi all finally I found some information on Soviet ham. Soviet ham is a Polish style of ham, it is a baked ham that has been stuffed with cloves of garlic, I have been unable to find a recipe but see link below for a picture.http://translate.google.com.au/translat ... md%3Dimvns

as you know the trade at this time of year is totally off the wall working the long hours, I am lucky that I have a computer at work so while waiting for the blacks to cook there is time for research.
