Kibbled onions

Hi
I have brought some Kibbled onions to try out in my Sausage mixes will I have to soak them first or can I just add them dry to the mix also what amount In grams should I add to a killo of Sausage mix To Taste but not to over power any help would be welcome !!!!!!!!!!!!! :roll: :roll: :roll:

Hi Ken Boy

Re the Kibbled Onions you need to assume these are 5 to 1 ration ie:- 20g dried equals 100g fresh.
As for the usage rate try @ 1% & go from there
No need to soak first but allow overnight on your sausage for re-hydration
