Rice gel binder?

I would like to have a go at this

which calls for "rice gel binder".

I can't seem to find this, is there an alternative I could use.

It's just a binder, so you could use another sausage binder, like soy protein concentrate, if you choose.

I don't use binders with my chicken sausage. I use boned, skin-on, chicken thighs, and I get a nice texture without binders.
