Just thought I'd share my Sunday baking session. Wheel's soft rolls are just the best!!!!

Plus the odd donut or two!!!

I hope you've got some lovely burgers to do those buns justice (you know where to look for recipes ;) ) because only the finest produce should adorn them.

As for the doughnuts... I've just put on 2lbs scrolling down the page!

Thanks for the comment. Very much appreciated.

As for the glaze, a little egg on them before second prove then an extra glaze, very carefully, before I bake them.

Just the best rolls ever!!

thanks for that i did gods rolls recipe on sunday for the first time also which as per usual :roll: were just spot on..ill give them a go again this sunday with the glaze also
are you sharing your doughnuts recipe :wink:

i think the roll recipe has pushed me over the edge now :oops: my aim in life now is making the rolls cooking a ham, growing tomatoes and making butter..then chucking them all together :D :D will post pics when all complete!

opps just seen your kenwood book posting..are these ones the same recipe?

Yep the donuts are one and the same as the kenwood recipe.... Just be so careful with the frying, no rush!!

Look forward to seeing the ham and tomato rolls :wink:

My biggest limitation is access to ingredients. I struggle enough with sausage recipes, woul love to make cheese, and wine, and.....
