Thanks for posting this - I have my own spreadsheet, but I love your simple solution to working out the casing length required.

I wish I'd have thought of that! :cry: :lol: :lol:

stborgke, thanks for making that (and for the english translation). Love your blog by the way. One of the books you displayed from the Culinary Institute of America was written by one of my teachers. I haven't purchased the book and I'd be curious to hear your thoughts.
