Cheers Wheels, I'm a little jaded today, something to do with the new wonder of Jäger bombs! I feel quite old today.

I'm on a ten hour night tonight (should be fun!) so will take my recipe book in and post a few recipes for goose.

Everards Ale.... I still have a bottle on the shelf, we have a microbrewery here now who is doing well, but Everards were good old fashioned scuppered by the NAFFI at the time.
