Pork Tenderloin

Postby Vindii » Tue Aug 28, 2012 1:08 am

This is from the Berkshire hog we butchered in the class yesterday. It nice to know that this was walking around 6 days ago. Very tasty.

Gave it a light rub.

On the grill around 700.

Pulled at 145F and gave it a short rest.

Really good.

You've done a superb job of removing the silverskin.

It looks great
