After a bit of disappointment with one book, I was browsing a bookshop today and stumbled across these two:

The Gourmet Farmer Deli Book

Forgotten Skills of Cooking

The salami info in the second impressed me, especially the tips about dry-curing in the irish climate :) Though can I ask about impressions and reviews here?
