Minted Lamb Burgers

Postby corromant » Sat Dec 08, 2012 7:39 pm

I have given a few of these away & had very good feedback so I thought I would share.

Lamb Burgers

1000g of minced lamb I find a medium (5mm ish) mince works well
100g onion finely chopped
100g bread crumb
100g water
12g salt
3g black pepper
2g onion powder
1.5g cumin
1g garlic granules or powder
30g of mint sauce the concentrated sort that comes in a jar

Mix all ingredients together & work until just starting to turn sticky then make into burgers by your preferred method, I use a cheap plastic press that does quite a decent job for the limited numbers I want to make.

Hope you enjoy,

I would like to gratitude a lot for sharing great information you shared over here, I think sounds delicious this recipe but I have never try this kind of recipe before. So definitely I will try this recipe at my home and also recommend this recipe to my all best friends.
