Where to buy, how to use. Stuffers, casings, spices, grinders, etc.

Ok, so if I wire it up in a control box so the fridge can plug into it and the controller can plug into the wall, with the probe going into the fridge, would that work with that controller? Basically making my own Johnson or Ranco controller for plug and play operation? That would probably cost me about $20 to do since I have all the other plugs, socket, wires, and an old three prong extension cord I can cut to use for the plug. All I would need is a cheap project box from the electronics shop. I'm assuming those would work for that?

The controller that wheels listed states that it auto switches between heating and cooling, most don't, so this would be a good unit to get. Mount it in a project box and you're good to go.

Yes, mount the controller in a box with a socket. Wire it up. Plug the box into the wall socket. Plug the fridge into the box. Turn the fridge on full, and the fridge motor will be turned on and off by the controller (assume that the controller temp is set higher than the fridges coldest setting).

Here's mine (the temp control is on the right of the photo)

Obviously, for one controller you could use a small project-box.

Good show! I bid on the same one, hopefully I will get it for the price I am bidding on. Once I get it I will connect something up like that. Also got a half pound of humidor beads, gonna try those to keep the humidity stable, if they don't work I will figure something else out. Now I'm stuck waiting when I would rather be curing! Arrrggg!

Thanks for everyone's help! That's why this forum is awesome!
