I am looking for a sausage making book. I think I saw it on Amazon but I can't remember the name of it. What I remember of the book that it had sausage recipes from all over the world and the price was around $42.00.
I have searched Amazon but can't find it. Can anyone help me?

If you are just getting started, I would recommend "Home Production of Quality Meats and Sausages" by Stanley and Adam Marianski. We have a large number of recipes on this site from all over the world. Are you looking for a specific recipe? Welcome to the forum.

Absolutely agreed. Kutas' and Marianskis' books are the very best place to start from.
