What is 'Strong' Bread Flour? Is that a brand? Hi Gluten?

It's a generic name over here for high gluten flour for making bread.

Was going to make these today as I stumbled upon this just the other day but returning today it's gone :( . Then I remembered reading yesterday that the blog needed a complete restore! Good luck with the restore Wheels and I hope there is nothing lost.

If anyone reads this and has this recipe I would be grateful if you could PM it to me within the 3 hours of this post. The time now is 0845 3/19/2013. eastern time USA
