Small Stainless Hand Grinder

Where to buy, how to use. Stuffers, casings, spices, grinders, etc.

The question was related to the word patty (Why do you call all of these a girls name..?), not hamburger.

No, I mean patty, of which a hamburger/burger patty is one kind. While Patty is a diminutive of Patricia, it is also a word for a thin, round piece of ground or minced food, including beef, pork, chicken, fish, vegetables, grains or just about anything else formed into a flat, rounded shape for cooking. The word dates from 1700-1710, and is an alteration of the French pâté .
