I found the shropshire blue sausage recipe it was 11'25% cheese.If I added 6% soya and 25% beer plus a bit for spiced Theres not going to be a whole lot of meat in it still Ill give it a go next time I make sausage.
Paul was that one of the bitters?

It was yours. The bitterness is not harsh at all and it is very well balanced. The green bullet hops seem to be closely related to a noble variety, would they work in a pilsner? I have to limit how many I have in the fridge or they will evaporate. :D

I haven't made beer in some time, methinks I may have to change that!

I did the sausages for the BBQ and they were a huge hit! I was a little concerned the cheese level would be too low but my brother exclaimed, and I quote, "Holy sh#t bro, these are so cheesy and delicious!" The guests were raving about them and I was getting a bit of a big head with all the positive comments. Needless to say, I have now been confirmed as the defacto sausage supplier for all the remaining summer bbqs!

Good stuff Im happy to lessen my cheese ratio.For sure a cheese and beer sausage is on the horizon.
Glad you liked the beer recipe Paul.Not strictly a typical english bitter but GB does it for me as a bittering hop.
